Canadian Shipping, Edmonton Pickup and Free Local Delivery

Shopping with The Designer Hub? Here is what to expect when choosing delivery at checkout. We are based at 10462 82 Avenue NW, Second Floor, Edmonton, Alberta T6E 2A2, Canada. Your available delivery options depend on the address you enter and the items in your order.

Free local delivery within 5 km. Eligible addresses within our configured 5 km delivery area can choose free local delivery. Checkout checks the address and displays the option when eligible. An address outside that area will not receive the free local-delivery option.

Courier shipping beyond the local area. Canadian shipping now uses live courier quotes through our shipping integration. During our checkout test, Canada Post service options appeared with different prices. Your own quote can differ by destination, selected service and order details; the test price is not a fixed nationwide rate.

Enter your full address to see the options. Include your street address, city, province and postal code, then continue to the delivery-method step. Select your preferred service and review the delivery charge before proceeding to payment. There is no longer a C$10 flat shipping option or the former free-shipping-over-C$100 rule.

Free pickup is also available. Select pickup at checkout if you plan to collect your order from our Edmonton location. Contact us if you need to clarify collection arrangements before ordering.

Review the complete total. Listed product prices exclude GST/HST. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout, and the order summary updates as you choose delivery. Check the item options, delivery method, shipping charge and tax before placing your order.
