Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from The Designer Hub. You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To start a return, email thedesignerhub@yahoo.com. If accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please obtain approval before sending an item back. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns. For a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can help.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or colour, email thedesignerhub@yahoo.com. Return your item and, once accepted, place a separate order for the replacement. Return eligibility and exclusions apply.
Shipping — Canada & United States
We offer shipping to Canada and the United States. For delivery availability, shipping charges and an estimated arrival date for your address, email thedesignerhub@yahoo.com before ordering. For custom orders, contact us to confirm production time separately from carrier transit time. Please share your required date so we can advise before you order.
